Sandy Claim Forgiveness and Additional Mobile Claim Centers

Plymouth Rock would like to share some important updates regarding Sandy Claim Forgiveness and our new Mobile Claim Center in Roseland, NJ:

Sandy Claim Forgiveness: Customers may be concerned that reporting a claim resulting from Superstorm Sandy may cause their premium to increase. But because Sandy was an unprecedented event for New Jersey, we just don’t think that’s right. We feel strongly that customers with storm-related damage have already been through enough and therefore we will not increase rates as a result of any Sandy-related auto or home claim. These claims will also not count against customers currently receiving claim-free discounts. We hope this will ease some of the burden our customers are facing.

Roseland Mobile Claim Center: Our North Jersey mobile operation in Roseland will be open as of today. Customers may submit a claim 8 am to 3 pm, Monday through Friday and 9 am to 2 pm, Saturday and Sunday. Other locations are open 8 am to 3pm, 7 days a week until further notice.
