In 2010, the Green Discount became available to customers whose home is “certified green” by the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) organization.  The LEED is a third-party certification program and the nationally accepted benchmark for the design and construction of high performance green buildings and homes. The Green Discount is only applied to a policy if the customer meets the LEED certification requirements. What’s Changing?
